Cannot connect to localhost, after changing links.

    Hello everyone,

    After changing my url links, I cannot connect to my wordpress anymore.
    I have edited my mysql database: changing home and siteurl back to the original
    http://localhost:8888/wordpress. I have tried editing functions.php and wp_config.php.
    All three options did not solve my problem. I keep getting re-directed to localhost/wordpress, even though I changed all my links back to http://localhost:8888/wordpress.

    Please help me!
