WP-United login issues

After installing wp-united, I cant logout of my website.

I get this error.

The webpage at http://pantheismnow.org/forum/ucp.php?mode=logout&sid=02d71550fc150f5a38ccd30ea7b8b78f/wp-admin/install.php has resulted in too many redirects.
