Link showing up on facebook

I’m sure this is a silly question, but i’ve been trying to work it out for ages now. When i post a link to my homepage on Facebook it comes up with the wordpress W and generic “this is an example of a page” text. Does anyone know how to make it link to the pics/text actually on the page?

Any help would be much appreciated – cheers!
