I have the exact same problem, very annoying.
It seems like this image is gone
http://d3io1k5o0zdpqr.cloudfront.net/images/pinit.png
maybe a closed cloudfront.net account ?
it actually seems the intiredomain is gone
Tonnys-MacBook-Pro:~ tonnyjorgensen$ host cloudfront.net
Tonnys-MacBook-Pro:~ tonnyjorgensen$ ping cloudfront.net
ping: cannot resolve cloudfront.net: Unknown host
whois seems fine for the domain, could be some kind of breakdown ?
Furthermore it seems the icon is not called from the addthis plugin code
root@nfs:/home/nfs/web/wp-content/plugins/addthis# grep -R “cloudfront” *
root@nfs:/home/nfs/web/wp-content/plugins/addthis#
There is no match for cloudfront in the addthis plugin code. Could be something called from and external iframe perhabs ?
the icon also fails in their own site here
https://www.addthis.com/get/sharing#.USIpIVrwLoo
look under “preview”.
I, too, am having this problem. The Addthis team is off for the President’s Day holiday. Hopefully they can get this resolved quickly. I have at least 1,000 listings with this code!
i wrote their support yesterday, lets hope they get that asset up again in cloudfront π
Hey, I am looking into this issue now. Will update here as soon as possible.
I happening is you add the code manually
doesn’t work…
An in my case, in wordpress, is adding the g+ button! why?
Silly question, but with the plugin, you can’t choose the principals button to show?
thank you!
The issue was due to the asset which was moved. It’s now fixed and let us know if there is any issue.
@jasonbee : Can I have a link to your site? We can check and see why the issue is not resolved at your end.
