Responses upload media problems

Hi all, a really nice plugin, but I have a problem with this. When student try add responses and push “add media” button it opens an upload window, but when trying to upload a file, it’s comeback with error -> An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.
As I understand it’s a problem with wordpress users permissions? Because admin and editor can upload files easily, except other levels.
Maybe do you have any solutions for this?
