How do i put certain post on certain pages?

    I would like to put certain post on certain pages and have them appear on those certain pages and not the home page. I know this sounds confusing, sorry
    Anyway i can do that?
    Let me explain, say my homesite is unitedstates.com
    I have states pages, but i have city post, and i only want those city post to appear for which state they are in, is this possible or do i need to go have a drink
