partial admin rights (author)

Hi.

I want to assign partial admin rights to someone while I’m away. I will assign them the Author role so they can write and post their own movie reviews.

Does the author role allow them to access any previously published posts of mine from inside the admin panel, or will they be limited only to managing their own posts?
