Content lost after changing Admin. Server Error 404 File not found

I’m a new user… I have a recent MySQL backup, prior to changing and deleting original Admin user. I think I forgot to transfer content to the new Administrator! I can access the WP dashboard, but all the pages are gone! Any suggestions here? I’d rather not do a server restore if there is something I can do within WP!
