wp-cron started to work?

    Since couple of weeks I had a problem with wp-cron.
    Mails scheduled by Mailpress plugin have not been send.

    Today I installed new version of W3TC – 0.9.2.8 and suddenly my mails went away to customers.

    My question is : was it intended by plugin developer (means – did you change anything in regards to wp-cron)?
