Same problem here, connects nice to dropbox account and showing up in the side of the pluginscreen, but gives “Error! Problem With Uploaded File” message and is uploads are NOT showing up in dropbox, did 3 new installs and few resets. What am i doing wrong?
What version of wordpress are you two running?
I have not tested it with 3.5 as of yet but it sounds like that could be the problem. If I have time this weekend I will setup a 3.5 test site and see whats causing the issue.

I have done numerous tests on 3.5.1 and have not been able to produce the errors above.
@trevorbranton You can download the development version which I have added a beta version of multiple file upload.
Ironically, when I checkedit our yesterday with a client, it was ok…
