Trouble restoring backup

I recently changed servers (along with domain name) and needed to transfer my wordpress site from my old server.

I followed the instructions given in the WordPress codex, backed up all my files, core wordpress files and database. I then changed both URLs in the Settings to the new one. I exported a back up of this database and after uploading wordpress onto my new server, I uploaded the core files (I edited the wp-config file as required) and database.

After following all the steps, nothing is appearing on my site now. It’s completely blank. http://zee-dot.com/

Can’t seem to figure out what went wrong. Please do help me!
