Title or Heading at the browser

I am having a problem to correct the “Title” or the “Heading” which shows at the browser when i open my website. It has been too weeks now and my hosting company cannot help, they have done their best but cannot see where the problem is.

I had a domain name which i retired and bought a new domain name. So, the TITLE was carried over to the new domain. However, when i go through the dashboard, to Header and Tag line, everything is good, nothing need to be changed. Whenenever i right click and view the source code,on the “title” it shows that title, but then where do i correct it from. My hosting company had tried to walk me through the control panel but they still were not able to figure out. They sent me some links to read, but still, no progress.They finally referred me to you. I am using Mantra theme.
