Blog Copy plugin creates URLs missing leading ”/"

I have a new WP 3.5.1 installation set up for multisite using subfolders. The Blog Copy plugin appears to work, but creates URLs missing the “/” character between the network domain name and the site name, so instead of http://www.example.com/newcopy it produces http://www.example.comnewcopy . I really need this plugin to work, so any help is greatly appreciated.
