It seems to me it does not work locally with WP 3.5.1,
I can not see the third column.

In editor, “Edit Themes” I have to do something about:
“Whispy: Three columns, two sidebars Page Template”? But exactly what?
If you mean in “Edit Post/Screen Options”

The three column layout was only originally for pages. The latest version has been updated to allow it elsewhere. try the latest version.
