Bulk Import Contacts Duplicate

    I currently have a address book that I would like to bulk import to add to my newsletter subscriber list. The only thing is I did this once before a while ago (with seperate address books) and am now worried that duplicate e-mails will be imported.

    Now my question is if this happens and duplicate e-mails are imported will my subscribers be receiving duplicate newsletters? If so what can I do to bypass or resolve this.
