How about that $paged variable?

    Hey everyone. can someone help me plz? I have this page I wanna set up in my theme. you can check out the layout in the link below:

    The thing about that page is that is has to serve at the same time as single.php and category.php

    I had this in a previous post but my question has changed…I noticed that the categories page acepts values like category/noticias/page/2/ and this fact SOMEHOW enabled the categories page to read the global variable $paged used in pagination.

    So…my question is: WHY does the single.php does not allow this?? where could I change this? How is the $paged variable set?
