Slider in the Widget

    Hello there,

    Seems like a great slider to use. But I am trying to use it in the widget and I am not being able to. I created a text widget and then had the code of php like for eg: <?php echo ctslider_slider_template(); ?>. But the slider is not being displayed.

    Am I doing something wrong or Can we have slider in the widget or not?

    You can’t use PHP in text widgets unless you get a plugin specifically to allow that. You can also get a plugin to allow shortcodes in widget sand then use the slider shortcode.

    I feel stupid that I forgot to install that plugin for php text widget in this new version of wordpress.
