Form not being saved

Hi All,

I have an issue with my form where as I can not make any changes or additions, as soon as I make a change and hit the save button the plugin just creates a new empty form and does not save the changes I have made

I need to make some additions but just cant get them done

This started to happen a few versions back when all the email functions were implemented and in order for me to make changes I had to do them directly at the database level but I now need to add new elements and this would be quite a difficult task trying to add them directly to the database

Any ideas??
