Navigation and Menu issues

I am having problems with my drag and drop option in my wordpress theme. It won’t allow me to add or drag and drop. So, I tried using the wordpress menu function and it won’t show up on my site. I would give a link, but the site is not live yet.

Totally let me know what more info you need. I am a little new to this.
