Deactivating causes an error on line 2400

When trying to deactivate the plugin I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function remove_cap() on a non-object in /plugins/profile-custom-content-type/profile-custom-content-type.php on line 2400

This is since updating to WordPress 3.5.1
