Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

it seem’s to be theme related as it’s not showing on other theme’s and its not plugin related.
The thing is this just ramdomly decided to appear either today or yesterday why would that happen?
so now I know it’s theme related, how do go about finding a solution?
I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek further support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial themes here.

There’s no center tag in the header file. Also I ran a comparison between an original fresh downloaded header file and the current one and there is no difference so it’s not coming from the header.
Any other places where this code could be being served from?
