Hey gbalme,
Thanks for writing in to the forum. In taking a look at that form on your site, it looks like you’re using MailChimp’s embed code, rather than our plugin. Because this question isn’t specifically related to an issue with the MailChimp List Subscribe Form plugin, this goes a bit outside of our range of support here and is a question that’s better handled by our general support team, available at this link:
http://kb.mailchimp.com/home
In noting that, I’d be happy to provide some input as to what I noticed at a glance. I went ahead and copy and pasted the sign up form code that’s on the site, onto a blank HTML page. When I used this isolated bit of code, the sign up form and pop up window worked as expected, and notified me of a successful signup. This indicates that the issue is likely related to a conflict with another plugin on the site, so I’d recommend troubleshooting the possibility of that, by disabling your plugins and reenabling them one by one.
Best of luck, let me know if you have any questions!

Yep I already found the solution finally.
The guilty plugin was “Custom contact forms”.
I disabled the jquery front end, on the general settings of this plugin, and now it works perfectly !
great, glad to hear! 🙂 if you have any questions, let us know.
