Site loading very slow – Premium theme

    Hello,

    Can someone give me some insight into why my site is loading so slow?

    http://www.getitnowprint.com

    I am working with Godaddy and they seem to think that it was because the server was a Windows server and not a Linux server. I had them switch it about 2 hours ago and they told me to wait about 24-48 hours and try again.

    WHen I test it in website tester sites i always get an F. I am using the WordPress Premium theme: Avada.

    If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

    Have you considered waiting 24-48 hours as GoDaddy suggested?

    Originally, the technical support staff person said wait a few hours. And THEN she said that the recommended time is 24 – 48 hours. Her first note about waiting a few hours is why I am trying now…

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I have two plugins and the problem arose before I had any plugins – the pages have not been loading any faster or slower after the plugins were downloaded.

    Thanks, Now i deleted w3-total-cache plugin and i can’t even get to sign in to wordpress. i get a fatal error.

    No one suggested deleting any plugins.
