Do Not Have Permission

    I have installed Retina Clean theme and am trying to update the header image and/or background image and keep getting the error:
    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
    I have already changed the permissions on nearly ALL of the WP related files/folders on the server to 777 and am still receiving this error?

    Hi iamrwood,

    That shouldn’t be a problem with our theme. Does this happen with our theme only. Try to switch the theme and check if the problem still persists.

    Hi,

    I initially had the issue with another theme, but went through the documentation and found that the permissions needed to be changed on the folders containing the themes. I made these changes and the issue went away (with all the other themes) Most recently I installed this theme and now the issue has arisen again.. but note: ONLY when I am attempting to change the header or the background image. Otherwise I have no issues and no permissions problems…?
