Filter loop or and showing multiple loops

Hi everyone!

I’ve been looking for days (i’m a newbie) and i know this is feasible but i would like to achieve it from the dashboard –i mean without modifying files in directory if possible.

I’d like to show two different loops –and if possible, several more for different post categories. One of the loops would be the main one. The second –or all the others– would only one be accessible from a single post in the main loop. Indeed i would put in such post a link to the first post of all the other loops.

(The thing is i dont want new users to take a look at the secondary loops. And old users dont need anymore to take a look at the main one).

Could someone please show me the way or give some hints?

So far i’ve tried these plugins:
– smarter navigation
– No Sub-Category Posts in Loops
– 2046’s loops
– widget custom loop
– mini loops
But i guess they are not what i’m looking for –because the loops they create are either permanently visible or only on the sidebar. It is the navigation that i want to filter.
