Shortcode problem

Hi, I use Weaver ii Pro theme which offers an option called «header gadgets». Shortcodes are supported in header gadgets but [slideshow_deploy id=’485′] does not. I tried a shortcode from another plugin and it works. I also tried placing [slideshow_deploy id=’485′] in a page and it works too. Can anyone tell why this plugin’s shortcode doesn’t work in Header gadgets ?
