• in the last 24 hours, I’ve had 9 attempts from someone trying to login to our admin area. the IPs are from france, spain, italy. their trying to login to the default admin account (their is none I removed it). 😉

is their a way to block these countries from accessing the site?

I’m using the limit login attempts plugin.. it’s locking the IPs out after a certain number of tries. just wondering what else I could do about this?

    thanks.

oh, I just did #7 here.

thanks. I’ve been doing that but I read somewhere that IP banning is a waste of time, they can just get new IPs?

I did installed a block country plugin. so I”ll see if I’m able to stop them by using this mod. 🙂
