Have you tried to upload the theme zip file? See these instructions on how to upload a theme: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes#Adding_New_Themes
Is this where you downloaded it from?

It appears to be pretty outdated so it may have compatibility problems with WP3.5.
The zip does exist. What happens when you try to upload it?
When I try to upload it all I get is a file folder with all of the files associated with theme.
I am not at all technological. Where do I find the zip?

Where is it from? That sounds like it is the theme folder.
These forums only support themes from here
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
so the help we can offer for other themes is limited. If the theme does not offer support, that would be another reason to avoid it unless you are confident that you can work out any problems on your own.
Thanks for that. Considering my limited technological abilities, I think I will stick
with the themes that are available on the WP.org site.
