Convert wordpress into web app?

    I have a wordpress site that I’d like to convert into a bonafide web app (not an android app nor an iphone app, but a real html5 web app), but don’t know where to start.

    The only features I need for the web app are:

    – remove browser bar from top of screen

    – provide way for users to add a shortcut to their device to access the app

    Note: Users will use many different devices… android, iphone, iPad, PCs, etc.

    Does anyone know how to do this? (so far, all I’ve found is how to convert wordpress to android or iphone apps… I want a true web app that will run on all devices).
