help with plugin

when i use in a post it works fine
when i use to embed on page it does not work
im adding it in with custom code from my theme here is the code

here is what i get on the screen
[embedwidth src="http://99.169.62.129/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Forest.swf"]

any ideas ?
