The trouble with that is I can’t log on to that page since it requires a password, so I had t make my own account here.
I do have an upgraded account that they asked for though.
Would there be a way to get the attention of someone from over there to help me here?

And that’s really the wrong way to do it. Honestly, you are just wasting your time doing that.
This place (WordPress.ORG) has nothing to do with the other place (WordPress.COM).
