    Helo,

First I want to say thank you on very nice plugin. I have some question about charters, I work for some non profit organization and we use your plugin, for people to leave they adress, names and some other info. But maybe u know in our language use this letter “čćšđž” when they fill the fields with that letters and when we download csv and open in excel 2010 its look very weird. For test I will show you some pic on this link http://zaslike.com/files/017mhb58vs1cskndoik.jpg
Field volunteer donations. Pls can you help us to fix this problem.

    Best regards,

    bosnia5,

The trick to working with such characters is that everything has to use the “utf-8” character encoding. The plugin and database are already set up to use this encoding…in fact, you can check the database itself (using PHPMyAdmin or something like that) to see that the characters are properly stored.

Now, it’s a matter of making sure your spreadsheet is using “utf-8” when the CSV is imported.
