Adobe Edge Animate Homepage Slideshow in Method theme

Love this plugin, but have a problem with my theme.
I’m using ‘Method’ theme on my page (still under construction)
Everything is alright, besides of one thing…
I need to place my Adobe Egde Animate project inside a slideshow on a home page. To do that I’m using already a ‘Edge Suite’ plugin with inline placement via shortcodes. It works briliant but only as long as I place it as a iframe (when I use it inside blog page, everything works fine, even without iframe). It’s not a good solution. When I place it as a simple shortcode without iframe, animation don’t show up. I’ve checked a code with Firebug and there are some divs with that animation but disabled – hidden.Reported that to the MysiteMyway team and I have already info from them:

Perhaps the script needs a certain version of jQuery to run or something similar. Go ahead and contact the plugin authors and show them that.
Could You help me please with that?!
