internal error using certain navigation combinations

Regarding my website http://036d4bc.netsolhost.com/bgcsmv

I get an error message intermittently. It occurs most consistently if you click on Find A Club>Railroad Ave Club and then any of the 3 sidebar images. The image links use a page id code “index.php?page_id=75”
I have no problems when I access those same pages using my footer navigation menu.
The error message appears above my page header and says:

OK
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
