Integrating into sugarcrm lead

hi,
This plugin rocks as i said before. I would like to know whether it is possible to integrate the form output into sugarcrm as new lead.

I just need.. name, email , telephone and message fields. There is no form index file where i can add the sugarcrm script and make relevent changes to make it work..

Any Hint on integration..?
