Comment Notification Header

I was wondering if there was any way to make it so comment notification email titles are in the correct language. I usually write in Japanese, but administer the blog in English, and want to keep it that way.

The problem is when I receive a comment notification e-mail, and the Japanese comes in completely out of whack like this…

[åæ°ï¼ï¼ï¼] Comment: “ã·ã¼ãã¼ã¯ã¹è² ãã»ã»ã»”

The body of the e-mail works correctly, since I use UTF-8, but the title is always like this. Any help would be much appreciated.
