remove wp register/membership

    believe me I have unchecked the Settings/General anyone can register
    but the damn thing doesn’t go away…I think I have to remove some line as I did to remove reply thing from template…

    the problem is what line from what file I need to remove to get rid of this wp membership?

    Do you have a plugin for membership installed? That could override the settings/general checkbox possibly.

    yes I have actually…the email capture plugin…I disabled that…

    With that plugin disabled and that checkmark uncheck when you go to

    yoursite.com/wp-login.php?action=register

    what do you see?

    ok everything is ok…the wp register is disabled…now all is ok but I have a concern about the membership plugin…after user registered it coufuse the user to log in…I want like a widget that allows the user to put it’s username and password to login to site…I can’t seems to find such thing in the plugin..

    guys, I set up wp membership plugin and it works great but the only problem is after some people signed up how do I get the emails into a list?
