Conflicts with OptionTree

So far, this plugin works great. And easy to use too. Just that it messes another plugin that I am using, OptionTree.

I have the slider input interface in my OptionTree and after activating Stella, the tab navigation and the slider setting interface in OptionTree is quite messed up. It’s fine when I deactivated Stella.

I tried looking into this from both ends — OptionTree and Stella. My guess it’s in the CSS. Perhaps Stella defines some CSS settings in a more broader scope or something.
