XML-RPC Activation in Theme

    I switched to Graphene theme because XML-RPC was not available under “writing” in “settings”.

    Did this with another blog and it worked perfectly. However, with http://BodyByChocolates.com it does not work.

    I have no control over turning it on or off under “Remote Publishing” because “Remote Publishing” section does not exist. How can I change this?
