Intersect Categories – is it possible?

Hi, I would love to have possibility to select and filter out posts belonging to two or more categories… Perhaps another parameter after name=, like name_intersect= all, none, any ? Similar with tags and id… 🙂 What would you say?

In the proposed way we could select e.g.
various activities like: workshops, seminars, consultancy at certain area of interest: piping, equipment, structural etc.
