Allowing Non-Admins to Edit

Currently, a user has to be an admin to edit entries that they didn’t create. I need to allow any logged-in user to edit any entry. (Further control would be great, too.)

Is there already a way to do this? Otherwise, I’ll look into customizing the code, which may or may not be tricky.
