help please

Hello everyone, i am facing this kind or problem
I am using Categories as Blog ( caz i need 2 different sections )

Chill out and Funny staff are categories so every time i am posting smething i choose where i want the post to go.
but i have this kind of problem, i cant see thumbnails, either i cannot delete on the left this info

I want something like this ->http://stunnerz.gr/blog/, if u notice Awkward moments post it has a thumbnail, and only The date it was posted is written on the page.
If someone can help me i would be thankful
