Your theme’s vendors should know the answer to this.
Thank you Andrew for such quick response, response pending from
Theme vendor.
Basic question is there a way I can using html or css.
of course may defeat purpose of WP.
Where can I add using html or css ?
I’m still reading searching surely it is possible?

We don’t know the structure of commercial themes. We don’t have access. Rather than receive no or wrong information, we advise customers of purchased themes to seek help from the themes’ vendors.
You can edit the HTML and CSS, yes.
Go to Appearance -> Editor and you should see the files on the right side.
style.css should be all your CSS rules and header.php should contain the logo where you can add HTML below your logo.
But like Andrew said it is a commercial theme that we can’t see the code so can’t give you an exact answer.

I entered basic html <p font size color etc although page is not
html It worked, subtitle under my logo was only problem I was
unable to add.
You helped resolve.
