Multiple Testimonials

GC Testimonials is fantastic and am using it on a second site now. I did notice that on the latest one it is saving multiple testimonials when one is submitted. During a test it saved single-testimonial id=”3974″, single-testimonial id=”3976″, & single-testimonial id=”3978″. All 3 are the same testimonial post and the submit button was not clicked multiple times, but the image loaded only with post ID 3974. Not sure whether this is a WP version or theme issue. Any thoughts as to where I might start to find the problem would be greatly appreciated!
