Glossary Plugin?

    I want to use a plugin that will allow me to link certain terms I use in a post to a glossary.

    Similar to this:

    http://www.chinasmack.com/glossary#ZF

    You click on a work and it links to the glossary at a certain part of the page where the definition is located in the glossary.

    Is there such a plugin or will I have to do it by hand?
