RSS feed broken on mainsite (not subblogs)

    I just noticed that the RSS feed on the main site of my multisite install is no longer working after upgrading to 3.5. RSS feeds from the subblogs are working fine.

    I have tried different themes and disabling all plugins, but no luck.

    Anyone know if there were changes that could be affecting this?
