WMODE="Transparent" doesn't work

Everything else works perfectly (Also, great plugin, excelent work!), but when I try to put this flash movie in my header the transparency doesn’t work. Yes, I checked twice and it’s not the browser of the movie. It’s like that feature/var doesn’t work at all.
