How to fix my site?

    Hi,
    I have a problem with my first WordPress web site.

    It looks like I did the backup of it the wrong way.

    With all images and data it was about 460 mb, now it is more than 2.5 GB!

    What is the best way to fix this problem?

    I am afraid to delete the good (in use) files.

    Why is it 2.5gb, what is taking up the most space?

    Yes, it is running.
    I think I found the problem, when I run the backup I had message that it did not work completely, so I run it again. Now I can see that it did back up every time so it became 450mb x 5 = 2,5 GB.
    It will be good lesson for me.
