    I wanted to backup a site in order to upgrade to WordPress 3.5 so I installed BackupBuddy.

    When I tried to access the Settings in the plugin I received the following error message;

    Error creating anti directory browsing security files in director C:\Inetpub\vhosts\tourandexplore.com\wpress/wp-content/uploads/pb_backupbuddy/. Please verify this directory’s permissions allow writing & reading. Errors: `Unable to write index.php file. Unable to write index.htm file. Unable to write index.html file. Unable to write .htaccess file.

    What does that meand please?
