I can’t see anything obvious different from any other category, example ‘steppers’.
have you tried to clear any caches?
also, because you are working with a commercial theme, please contact the theme’s seller for support.
I appreciate your quick response I’m really stressed because its been a while since this happened and I don’t have the knowledge to fix this
I know its got to be trivial for you alchymyth but can you please tell me how do you clear the cache in a website?
Also in the dashboard in category tab, the treadmill category has a long dash prior to the name that looks suspicious to me and makes me wonder if the problem is in the category page or in the home page, I even created a new treadmill category trying to replace it and is also displaying broken

Clearing the cache is usually a unique process to the browser type you’re using. It is a browser process. It’s not a WordPress process.
thank for your help Andrew but then that’s not the fix because the problem persist in all the computers I used at least 4 so far, so if you can be so nice to tell me where do I find the information of the seller theme that mister Alchymyth was talking abobe thanks.

can you describe the problem in more detail?
and possibly provide a screenshot where the problem is marked?
as you can see in the picture the word treadmill is a category yesterday it had a picture and it looked just like the other categories but now is just some writing under elipticalls category

could be a problem with either the hierarchy of your categories, or something in the code of the index page.
without being able to look into the code, it is virtually impossible to make any suggestions.
apart from general advise, this forum does not (and cannot) support commercial themes, as their support is part of what you pay for.
I appreciate your patience but I’m literally alone in this. It is desperated but I can send you my administrator information so you can take a look at the page code please with your experience it should be easy to find were is the problem and fix it Please
